Video Editor Intern

Flitch is looking to hire a paid intern or entry-level video editor to assist our growing video production department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities would comprise primarily of:

• Logging footage
• Creating 9x16 reels for social media content with basic text, graphics overlays, and subtitles
• Creating 16x9 YouTube videos with basic text, graphics overlays and subtitles
• Adding music and sound design where necessary.
• Creating rough cut edits for our Director of Photography (DoP)
• Assisting the DoP with editing larger scale projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

• Have basic technical skills in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge for converting log footage to Rec-709
• Basic sound design skills for transitions and bumpers
• No previous professional experience required
