Video Content Pro II

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create storyboards, and video drafts with text and graphic-based animations as needed for internal, promotional and client use
  • Be resourceful: use available tools to tell great visual stories;
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premier or similar, DaVinci Resolve preferred; and:
  • Be willing to learn and utilize Stable Gray’s software toolbelt (project management tools, email, photo/video/audio editing tools and more)
  • Curate storytelling content from scratch or sources online (stock photos, videos, video fx, audio soundtracks and audio effects)
  • Create custom visual stories inspired by storyboards, interviews and video topics
  • Capture custom b roll to support custom visual stories
  • Attend and lead weekly internal and client project meetings as needed (in-person and virtual meetings may be required)
  • Brainstorm with Stable Gray team to solve problems for clients and internal projects
  • Lead photo and video shoots, at various locations including but not limited to Stable Gray Photo Studio, Stable Gray Headquarters, and client places of business
  • Offer consulting based on your video production experience and industry knowledge 
  • Advise and assist Social Media team as needed (ex: post visual content to client and Stable Gray social media pages, help build content calendars and more)
  • Lift, transport and assemble/disassemble camera gear, tripods, lighting and equipment; as required 
    • Up to 50lbs
  • Research new technologies and software that may be useful to the improvement of Stable Gray and client work

Other Duties

The Video Content Pro II is expected to demonstrate leadership. She/He has been chosen for this role because this individual has proven themselves to be a self-starter with a positive attitude, innovative thinking skills and advanced video production skills. This role requires these traits, and a forward-thinking attitude. This leader will be encouraged to learn new things, as well as bring new ideas, solutions and recommendations to the table. 
 

Time Commitment

The Video Content Pro II may be required to carry out any and all roles and responsibilities on a weekly basis. The minimum time commitment required for this role should average 20+ hours per week or more. As the company grows, the Video Content Pro II may be required to work additional hours to ensure the satisfaction of project deadlines and delivery dates. You may be expected to work unusual hours on occasion, as some clients require meetings and events during nights or weekends.
